This training program, executed in partnership with AsociaciĆ³n Mexicana para la EducaciĆ³n Internacional (AMPEI), covers Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) best practices, how to maximize learning technology, principles of applied/experiential learning, and principles of intercultural teaching and learning. It includes a workshop and a COIL Partner Networking Fair. While applicable to all institutions, this program is largely tailored to community, technical, vocational and two-year colleges. Participants receive a certificate.

Participant profile

Educators (Faculty/Teacher/Learning Facilitator) in the United States and Mexico, in particular, but it is open to educators in Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, or Europe who reach undergraduate and graduate students

Approximately 10 hours per week for seven-10 weeks
