- Facilitation
Advanced Facilitation Training is designed to deepen understanding of dialogue facilitation and enable the practice of advanced tools and techniques. It focuses on best practices of online and in-person facilitation and communication by providing experiences in deepening dialogue and managing challenging group dynamics. It consists of weekly live training sessions as well as comprehensive weekly training materials on dialogue facilitation. Participants receive certificates of completion and can join training practicum to receive a UN Habitat-endorsed facilitation certificate.
Training Details
Any role is eligible Soliya emphasizes engaging disenfranchised young people from underprivileged backgrounds and those with limited opportunities and access. Soliya’s team of staff and trainers is deeply diverse and the training content is designed to cater for learners from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Two hours of synchronous engagement and up to two hours of asynchronous engagement per week over 10 weeks
